The free plan includes basic AI Copilot — AI will generate an initial demo draft when you capture your product. For advanced AI features like smart editing, personalization at scale, and intent scoring, you'll need Starter or Growth.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle. No cancellation fees.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing saves 20% compared to monthly. You're billed once per year. If you need to cancel mid-year, we'll refund the remaining months.
What happens when I hit my demo limit?
Your existing demos stay live — we never disable your content. You'll get a notification suggesting an upgrade. If you need a temporary bump, reach out and we'll work something out.
Do you offer startup or nonprofit discounts?
Yes. 50% off Starter and Growth for startups under $5M ARR and registered nonprofits. Contact us with your details.
Can I migrate from Navattic, Storylane, or another platform?
Yes. We offer free migration assistance. Our team will help recreate your demos in NavTour and ensure a smooth transition.
What kind of support do I get?
Free and Starter include community support. Starter adds email support with 24-hour response. Growth includes priority support with 4-hour response. Enterprise gets a dedicated CSM and SLA.
Is my data secure?
Yes. NavTour is SOC 2 compliant, uses AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, and runs on Azure infrastructure. Enterprise customers can deploy on their own infrastructure.
Can I use the API to integrate with my CRM?
