Terms of Use
1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NavTour website, hosted application, browser extension, APIs, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes.
3. Acceptable use
- You may not use NavTour to violate law, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the service.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
- You may not upload malicious code, deceptive content, or material you do not have rights to use.
- You may not misuse the service in a way that degrades reliability, performance, or security for others.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to NavTour. You grant NavTour a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service for your account.
5. Service changes
We may update features, interfaces, and underlying infrastructure as the product evolves. We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the service, address abuse, or perform maintenance.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed under the pricing and commercial terms presented at purchase or in a separate order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Intellectual property
NavTour and its related branding, software, and documentation are owned by NavTour or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any related rights to you.
8. Third-party services
The service may integrate with third-party platforms or rely on third-party infrastructure. NavTour is not responsible for the independent products, policies, or outages of third-party providers.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavTour disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access would create security or operational risk.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
